Holy cow this week has been crazy.  The youth group has been hanging out every single day and it has been amazing.  I love it and I love that group!

Tuesday I babysat for my boys and it was soooo funny. One of the boys' friend told a story about how a snake climbed up his leg when he was walking in the woods, and he grabbed it with his hands.  Then another snake came along and a guy came out with a shotgun and shot both of the snakes.  He then walked out of the woods and walked home. He told us he was 5 when it all happened.  I tried so hard not to laugh cause he totally believed this story and it was too cute!

Other than that life is just great.  I am trying not to get too frustrated with my arm.  I still long for the day when I can lean on my elbow, put up my hair, or put a lot of pressure on something with my left hand.  Right now it is just a learning experience to see what I can and cant do.  At least the splint is off and I dont have a cast, amen for that for sure!  Alright nothing else is new, love you all and God Bless!

Well i am finally home.  My trip to West Viriginia was an absolute blast.  I had such a fun time with everyone on the van rides and we worked out butts off.  It was ridiculous to see how much we got accomplished, both houses were sided and we put in all new ceilings in one house and dug trenches for indoor plumbing in the other.  Unfortunately we didnt finish the plumbing and poor Greg and Bill will be going back down in 2 weeks to hopefully finish up the work.

I do want to thank everyone who went on the trip, I made some amazing new friends and became even closer with the kids I know and love.  I especially want to thank my girls for helping me out with everything, whenever I needed a hand in the morning or getting ready for bed you guys were totally there for me.  I love you guys!

Omega was the best team ever and we had a great time in the vans singing to the music and just playing even harder than we worked.  I loved out chaperones and everyone who came on the trip.

Now I am home though, and ready for a break from the hard work.  So for now I am working and trying not to miss the people I spent 7 straight days with too much.  Love you all and God Bless!

Tonight I was in my bedroom just sulking and pouting and feeling sorry for myself.  In all honesty I really had no reason to feel that way and it was silly self centered stuff I was worried about.  I got out of bed and went to the computer and all of a sudden found myself talking to tons of my friends.  It was amazing.  All of a sudden I felt so loved.  It made me realize how when we are by ourselves it is so easy to think negatively, but in reality there are people who love us and all that we need to do is talk to them to realize that.  I am in such a good mood now!

In other news, today I got bead glue in my eye and it immediately dried on my contact.  It sucked.  I am in an official war against bead glue.  So far it is winning, it has stuck necklaces to my fingers, stuck my fingers together, stuck pliers to the suede, and gotten into my eye.  In short-bead glue sucks.

I think that is all for now, thanks to everyone who I talked to tonight and to all you AdaCC kids get ready for the mission trip of a life time, less than a week baby!  Love you all and god bless!
